If you’re opting for a cycling holiday, we’d love to have you with us. We’ve put a lot of things in place for you to enjoy your stay.
Cycling to the campsite
We’re on a plateau, so you’ll have to do a bit of climbing. Nothing insurmountable, but a good climb for the less experienced. The reward: a natural and refreshing setting, even in the height of summer, and a special price (see below).
Here are a few routes that could lead you to us. We advise you to use an application specialising in cycle routes, such as Komoot, to refine them.
We are around 15 km from the Via Rhona. From the Rhône valley, you can reach us via :
- From the south: Saint-Just > Saint-Marcel > Bidon > Saint-Remèze > Briange
- From the north: Viviers > Saint-Montan > Larnas > Briange
If you’re coming from the west, you’ll probably pass through Vallon-Pont-d’Arc and the Chauvet cave (worth a visit on the way) before arriving at Saint-Remèze.
Special rates for cycling holidays
If you come on foot or by bike, we’ll give you a 10% discount on your stay. It’s our way of supporting your carbon-free holiday.
This action is part of a wider initiative to reduce our impact. For more than 10 years, we have been encouraging our customers to reduce the impact of their journeys, in particular by favouring arrivals outside Saturdays. On site, you can hire our electric car to discover our region. Useful if you come by bike.
See our pricesAccueil vélo label
Our campsite has the Accueil vélo label, which guarantees great cycling holidays:
- Cycle routes nearby
- Equipment adapted to your needs: bike sheds, repair kits, etc.
- A warm welcome with useful information and advice (routes, weather, etc.)
- And services tailored to cyclists thanks to local service providers: luggage transfer, washing and drying of clothes, hire of bikes and accessories, etc.
In fact, we have equipped one of our shared hamlets – called À bicyclette – specifically for cycling.
Bike rental
To discover the surrounding area in a different way, you can also hire a bike, either mechanical or electric. We work with local hire companies. An electrically-assisted bike is a means of transport accessible to everyone. It’s a great way to get around your home without taking the car. What’s more, you can stop wherever you like, it’s cooler and it’s easier to park. Ride young.
